This video explains how to make a Bovril and milk drink which actually tastes very good!
One mounded teaspoon of Bovril contains approximately 10g of protein.
You will need the following:

FREE ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAMS
My favourite anti-virus program is Avast Home Edition which is again free.
I choose this over AVG because Avast allows you to schedule a boot time scan. This scans the computer before windows has even started running.

Acer AL1711 17inch LCD Monitor

I recently acquired a "Acer AL1711 17inch LCD Monitor" which appeared to turn off after 3-5 seconds on computer boot up. But I then noticed, looking very closely that the LCD screen was still on. The backlight was not functioning.
I decided to take the Acer AL1711 17inch LCD Monitor apart. (Whilst unplugged of course.)
I removed the yellow circuit board and noticed there were four dry solder joints on the board. (Two on each coil.)
